It may take a few days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

What is the exchange/return policy?
We are unable to accept returns or offer returns for the following reasons:
1. Hygiene and Safety: Jewellery is a personal item, often worn close to the skin. For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returned items
2. Quality Assurance: We take great pride in our craftsmanship and thoroughly inspect each item before it is dispatched. This ensures that every piece meets our high standards for quality and durability.
3.Secure shipping: To prevent damage during transit, all our jewellery is carefully packaged. However in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with the order, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
