Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. You may return unworn and unused items within 14 days of purchase as long as the original tag has not been removed. All items must be in their original condition with no marks, damage, or signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or earrings unless they are faulty. Sale items may only be returned if faulty unless stated otherwise. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked, and it may take a few working days for the refund to appear.
